WINTER + SPRING TRAINING
Are you looking to take the next step after Mini Club? Are you a multi sport athlete that is unable to make the commitment to a full travel season? Maybe you need more time to develop your skills? Our Winter Training Program might be the fit for you!
Winter Training is designed for players that are looking to enhance their skills, compete against other Connecticut athletes in friendly tournaments, and want to be on a team! Players will be evaluated in December and teams will be formed by January. Teams will be given a Head Coach, practices will be structured and run by Nova and friendly local tournaments will be scheduled for each team.
Players will be evaluated and split up by age and ability at the evaluation. See more details below and registration links.
Spring Training in 2025 will be a position specific and advanced serving program. Practices will focus on individual player training by position along with teaching advanced serving techniques and concepts. Spring training will be first come first serve, no evaluation required. Players will be split up to end each practice for some team style play or wash drills.
ALL REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH INSPORTS TRUMBULL.
